Creating, Leading and Growing High Performance Environments

High performance does not happen by chance. It is created through intentional leadership, thoughtful design and an environment where people feel motivated to learn, grow and contribute.

This program helps you build those conditions by developing your capability to engage teams, inspire performance and elevate the culture you lead.

What to expect

Creating, Leading and Growing High Performance Environments draws on global best practice and the widely respected 5 Alive Model developed by program creator Glenn Capelli. The model has been delivered to leaders across more than thirty countries and is grounded in the belief that sustained performance is built through continuous learning, strong relationships and purposeful leadership.

Throughout the program, you will explore the five elements of the 5 Alive Model: Culture and Character, Conversation, Strategies, Methods and Systems. These elements work together to shape environments where people feel supported to think creatively, learn deeply and perform at their best.

A consistent theme across the program is the development of Higher Order Presentation Skills (HOPS), which strengthen your ability to reach, teach and motivate others. Through highly interactive sessions, you will be challenged to think, laugh, communicate, share insight and build leadership capability in a dynamic learning environment.

The experience encourages you to step into multiple leadership roles: as a motivator, presenter, learner and example for others. Each day explores a different aspect of leadership practice and provides strategies you can apply in real time. By the end of the program, you will have a deeper understanding of what drives high performance and a personalised plan for continued growth.
