Research the following models of critical and creative thinking and provide a brief description of each: Agile thinking; Blue Sky Thinking; Creative Problem Solving. |
For this task, use a real workplace example where you analysed organisational systems to identify gaps or barriers to critical thinking. Explain how you addressed the identified gaps through continuous improvement strategies and how you created a safe and inclusive environment that encouraged critical thinking. |
Upload evidence of formal and/or informal training opportunities you facilitated to support critical thinking. Evidence may include meeting agendas and minutes, facilitator notes, reports, emails, calendar invitations and attendance records. |
Working with confidential evidence. You can redact names, contact details and other identifying information, as long as the evidence still shows your work. Make sure you have permission to share workplace documents. If confidentiality rules stop you providing evidence, talk to us before you enrol so we can consider alternatives.
You complete your assessment online through our learner portal, at your own pace and around your work. Enrolments are rolling, so you can start once your enrolment is confirmed and you have portal access. Self-paced still takes discipline. Setting aside regular time will help you finish within your enrolment period.
Your assessor reviews your evidence and gives feedback or asks for more information as needed. You can submit evidence up to three times for each unit, and this is included in your assessment fee.
AIMWA (RTO Code 0058) offers this qualification directly. We do not use third parties for recruitment, delivery or assessment.
You have 12 months to complete your assessment. As a guide, most participants spend several hours over one to three weeks per unit gathering evidence and answering knowledge questions. It can be quicker if your evidence is already organised, and slower if you need documents from employers or third parties.
In the event you are unable to complete the requirements within the 12 months, you may have the option to extend or re-enrol (conditions apply - see our RTO Schedule of Fees and Charges).
