Assessment Only Explained

This pathway provides you with the opportunity to be recognised for the skills, knowledge and experience you already possess. You will be required to gather evidence based on a set of prescribed assessment tasks for each unit. You must successfully address all of these tasks to achieve the Diploma of Contract Management qualification.

This pathway requires you to have your workplace supervisor’s support to help you to develop evidence in areas where you have less experience. Enrolment in this Diploma of Contract Management qualification does NOT include any training or resources, it is assessment only.

Should you find there are gaps in your knowledge prior or after completing the contract management certification, or you want to do a refresher, we have recommended a range of Professional Development courses that complement this qualification. These are listed below.

The importance of having staff with a thorough knowledge and understanding of contract management has grown significantly in recent years. Who Will Benefit

Project managers, site supervisors, mine managers, line managers, engineers, senior administrators and other professionals from either the supplier or customer side of the contract. It is for those seeking formal recognition of their work experience, knowledge and skills.

Enrolment in this Diploma of Contract Management qualification requires participants to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in their chosen field, with responsibility for contract management practices as part of their current role.

Participants are also required to have the support of an employer, manager or supervisor who can provide opportunities for the participant to demonstrate competence and develop and collect evidence from various departments within the business.
