In this course, you'll explore the elements that help you to develop the ability to positively influence others, and then apply that learning to situations in your workplace. - Understand and describe the main difference between influence and it’s 4 elements – persuasion, negotiation, power, and conflict
- Choose the appropriate outcome they require in a situation, and apply the appropriate influence element(s) to achieve that outcome
- Achieve more positive outcomes from their future interactions, to continue to build their level of influence
- Create an Action Plan using the skills addressed in the course.
