Designed by and for women who lead, this program helps you build on your strengths, navigate challenges and lead with renewed confidence.
You will explore what authentic influence looks like today, supported by a community of peers who share your commitment to meaningful leadership.
This revitalised Women in Leadership program has been shaped by the insights of experienced female leaders and informed by the latest research into gender and leadership in the workplace. It provides a supportive, energising environment to strengthen your leadership identity and impact while navigating the complex realities women often face at work.
Across three weeks, you’ll develop essential capabilities such as negotiation, persuasion, systems thinking and resilience, alongside practical tools for stress management, life balance and career planning. You’ll analyse your own leadership philosophy and values, explore ethical challenges, and learn how to lead effectively within and across organisational systems.
The program includes real conversations with senior women leaders who share their experiences with honesty and insight. Their stories bring leadership theory to life and highlight practical lessons on confidence, influence and authenticity. With guided reflection, group discussion and coaching practice, you’ll leave with clear goals, renewed motivation and a network of women committed to equity, excellence and collective progress.
