Leadership is about more than managing people. It is about how your actions inspire trust and shape the experience of those you lead.
This course helps you understand how others see your leadership, build on your strengths and develop the confidence to lead with authenticity and purpose.
3 Days
Modern leadership requires clarity, self-awareness and the ability to influence through action. This course helps you understand your leadership style, how others experience it and how to strengthen your impact across teams and workplace relationships.
Before attending, you will complete a behavioural diagnostic questionnaire that provides valuable feedback on your leadership behaviours and their effect on others. During the course, you will explore these results to identify your strengths, growth areas and priorities for development.
Through a mix of practical tools, case studies and guided reflection, you will learn how to lead with integrity, communicate expectations clearly and model the behaviours that create trust and accountability. You will also examine how to align your leadership with organisational values, motivate individuals and manage performance in ways that build engagement and confidence.
Optional one-on-one coaching sessions with facilitators are available to support your learning beyond the classroom.
