How Do I Get Started

• Enrolment Form – including your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
• Self-Assessment Questionnaire – assess your suitability to complete this RPL qualification
• Direct Manager’s sign-off
• Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills Questionnaire
