High impact learning

The AIM WA 2023 Training Course Guide is packed with practical, hands on courses to enhance performance and transfer learning into the workforce. From 90 minute ‘bite-size’ virtual-classroom sessions through to six day residential programs, we partner with you to bring out the best in your people.

Every course in this Guide can be delivered in-house for your team. We can deliver the course as is, or tailor it to meet the specific needs of your organisation.

We hope you are inspired by the courses in this year’s Guide and by the artwork of Tyrown Waigana. The AIM WA team is ready to work with you to deliver high impact learning.

Telling our story through his stories

Tyrown Waigana is used to telling stories. Having his creative brilliance contribute to telling the AIM WA story in this year’s Guide is a special privilege.

The brief to Tyrown was to express learning as a journey, not an event. We asked him to show how people come together to learn from each other and to illustrate the variety of topics covered by our courses.

As an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander graphic designer, painter, illustrator, sculptor and animator, Tyrown Waigana is a Wandandi Noongar (Aboriginal) and Ait Koedal (Torres Strait Islander) multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer.
