This course will help to take control of your time and be responsible for the outcomes. You will develop the skills to recognise and balance your own time management to enhance performance and efficiency.
Anyone who has not previously been exposed to formal time management training, as well as those needing to refresh their knowledge of effective personal time management methods.

Respectful communication begins with listening. In this course, you will explore how to build trust and connection with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through genuine engagement and awareness of cultural context.
You will discover practical ways to listen with care, communicate with integrity and strengthen relationships through mutual understanding.

On this course you will learn the difference between importance and urgency and will be given tools, techniques and strategies that can be used back in the workplace to maximise the time they spend completing the tasks that matter most, whilst minimising time spent on tasks that don't.
