Course Overview

Jump start your leadership skills with this immersive, fully residential program designed to deliver personal insights and practical skills to enhance your development as a leader.

You will be challenged and inspired to perform at the highest level through the wide variety of learning approaches used during the Emerging Leaders Program. Each approach has specific objectives and focuses on particular skills, knowledge and behaviours. 

Prerequisites

We recognise the importance of a manager’s involvement and commitment to support their development – before, during and after the program. Details of this commitment are outlined on the Application Form. 

Please complete the Application Form and submit when registering for the program. There is a pre-work component to the program, which must be submitted prior to attendance.

Learning Outcomes

The ELP represents part of the life-long learning journey of leaders. During the ELP we hope to fast-track your development and then offer ongoing opportunities to continue your learning journey through regular events that run throughout the year. 

Fee details:

The program fee includes all meals and three nights' accommodation.

For an optional/additional coaching package, additional fees apply:

Transfer and Cancellation Conditions:
  • Substitution may be negotiated at the discretion of AIM WA
  • In the event of transfer 14 working days or less before the program 50% of the program fee will apply
  • In the event of cancellation 14 working days or less before the program, full program fees will apply.
