Jump start your leadership skills with this immersive, fully residential program designed to deliver personal insights and practical skills to enhance your development as a leader.

Each element of the program is designed with clear outcomes in mind, helping you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that matter most in today’s workplace. 

Through a combination of facilitated sessions, group work, and coaching, you’ll be supported and challenged to grow every step of the way while being equipped for meaningful, lasting impact.

The Emerging Leaders Program is part of your lifelong learning journey. Our aim is to fast-track your leadership development and provide continued opportunities for growth, with access to regular events and resources throughout the year.

Prerequisites

We recognise the importance of a manager’s involvement and commitment to support their development – before, during and after the program. Details of this commitment are outlined on the Application Form.

Please complete the Application Form and submit when registering for the program. A short pre-work component is required to be submitted before attendance to help you start reflecting and planning for success before you arrive.

Fee details:

The program fee includes all meals and three nights' accommodation.

For an optional/additional coaching package, additional fees apply:

Transfer and Cancellation Conditions:
  • Substitution may be negotiated at the discretion of AIM WA
  • In the event of transfer 14 working days or less before the program 50% of the program fee will apply
  • In the event of cancellation 14 working days or less before the program, full program fees will apply.
