Jump start your leadership skills with this immersive, fully residential program designed to deliver personal insights and practical skills to enhance your development as a leader.

Each element of the program is designed with clear outcomes in mind, helping you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that matter most in today’s workplace.

Through a combination of facilitated sessions, group work, and coaching, you’ll be supported and challenged to grow every step of the way while being equipped for meaningful, lasting impact.

Whether you’ve just begun leading others or see leadership in your near future, this program connects the dots between ambition and action.

Content

The program focuses on critical leadership skills, behaviours and insights, including:

Developing and applying emotional intelligence to strengthen relationships and team dynamics
Understanding and aligning personal and organisational values to foster ethical leadership practices
Translating insights from a diagnostic assessment into clear, tangible actions to lead and inspire others
Engaging in reflective practice with experienced organisational coaches to support your development
Cultivating self-management techniques and building a strong personal brand to lead with authenticity and confidence.

You’ll walk away with stronger leadership capability, clarity of purpose, values and vision - aligning your personal brand with organisational goals, and a supportive network of peers on a similar path.

The Emerging Leaders Program is part of your lifelong learning journey. Our aim is to fast-track your leadership development and provide continued opportunities for growth, with access to regular events and resources throughout the year.

Prerequisites

We recognise the importance of a manager’s involvement and commitment to support their development – before, during and after the program. Details of this commitment are outlined on the Application Form.

Please complete the Application Form and submit when registering for the program. A short pre-work component is required to be submitted before attendance to help you start reflecting and planning for success before you arrive.

Fee details:

The program fee includes all meals and three nights' accommodation.

For an optional/additional coaching package, additional fees apply:

$800 Corporate / Professional Member

Transfer and Cancellation Conditions:

Substitution may be negotiated at the discretion of AIM WA
In the event of transfer 14 working days or less before the program 50% of the program fee will apply
In the event of cancellation 14 working days or less before the program, full program fees will apply.
