All leadership journeys start here
Stepping into leadership can happen quickly.
One minute you are doing your job well, and the next you are being asked to guide others, make bigger decisions and take on new responsibility. Most people are never fully prepared for that shift, and many are never given the opportunity to stop, reflect and build the skills they need before being thrown in the deep end.
Leadership Readiness is designed as a starting point for professionals who are stepping towards leadership, have been identified as having potential, or are beginning to take on greater responsibility at work.
This residential experience helps participants build the confidence, self-awareness and practical skills needed to step into leadership well and set themselves up for long-term success.
This is not about 'becoming a leader one day'. It is about getting ready for the reality of leadership now.

Overview
Leadership Readiness gives participants the chance to take a step back and focus on what leadership actually requires.
Across the program, they will build a stronger understanding of themselves, learn how to work more effectively with others, and develop practical leadership skills they can apply back in the workplace.
For organisations, it is an opportunity to invest in people early, so they are better equipped to lead others, contribute more effectively and build stronger long-term capability.
For individuals, it provides the structure, support and practical tools needed to step into leadership with greater clarity and confidence.

Many professionals are asked to take on leadership responsibility before they feel ready.
They may have shown strong potential, been identified as someone to watch, or already started stepping into more responsibility, but often they have not had the opportunity to properly prepare for what leadership involves.
Leadership Readiness helps set those people up for success.
It gives them the space to build confidence, strengthen their approach to working with others, and develop the practical skills that support a stronger start in leadership.
If you are looking to support more than one team member, contact us about multi-seat options.
Most people do not get the chance to step back and prepare properly before leadership starts. That is why the residential format matters.
A residential format gives participants the space to step away from the day-to-day work environment, reflect properly, consider new ideas and build capability more deeply than a short course allows.
That is what makes Leadership Readiness a stronger foundation for long-term leadership success.
