You will engage in a range of activities to highlight your relative strengths and weaknesses and explore the impact these characteristics have on other people. This reflection will also consider your personal values and how these influence behaviour and decision-making. During this course, you will build an action plan to implement changes on return to your workplace and embed a longer-term personal development plan.
You will also have access to optional one-on-one coaching sessions with one of the course facilitators (3 x 1 hour sessions).
