You will be challenged to reflect on your role and style and to explore ways you can significantly improve the performance of your work team.
The Frontline Leader program begins with you gaining access to a range of online resources prior to the face-to-face component through our blended learning approach. These resources offer opportunities for reflection on your current role and prepare you for the learning journey ahead.
The five days of face-to-face content is delivered in a very unique way. You will be on the move all week, learning in small groups, completing activities, case studies and simulations. All of which are designed to engage all learning styles and maximise your learning potential.
This frontline leadership program will help you to identify ways you can positively influence workplace culture. You will learn how to improve team performance and alignment, discover how to enhance communication across all levels and build positive workplace relationships. On completion of this frontline manager course in Perth, you will be able to recognise relevant leadership principles in the workplace and understand the benefits that arise from working with a diverse workforce.
At the conclusion of your frontline management training, you also benefit from 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions.
