Overview
One of AIMWA's most successful and well regarded programs, The Frontline Leader Program is specifically designed to create a Return On Investment (ROI) for both the organisation and the individual through a highly interactive learning approach. You will be challenged to reflect on your leadership style and role, while exploring strategies to drive significant improvements in your team's performance.
The five days of face-to-face content is delivered in a very unique way. You will be on the move all week, learning in small groups, completing activities, case studies and simulations. All of which are designed to engage all learning styles and maximise your learning potential.
This frontline leadership course will help you to identify ways you can positively influence workplace culture. You will learn how to improve team performance and alignment, discover how to enhance communication across all levels and build positive workplace relationships.
On completion of this course, you will be able to recognise relevant leadership principles in the workplace and understand the benefits that arise from working with a diverse workforce. At the conclusion of your training, you also benefit from 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions.
Note: Individual coaching dates will be set between you and a coach at the training program. Pre-work will be required prior to attendance on this program.
